QS — Education level (Table 2.a) Choose the Qualification Standard (QS) education level from Table 2.a.

Applicant — Education level (Table 2.a) Select the applicant's education level from Table 2.a.

QS — Training level (Table 2.b) Choose QS training level. If you don't know it, leave blank and treat baseline as level 0.

Applicant — Training hours (enter total relevant hours) You can also choose applicant training level manually using the dropdown below.

Applicant — Training level (Table 2.b) Choose applicant's training level or keep Auto to derive from hours.

QS — Experience level (Table 2.c) Choose QS experience level. If you don't know it, leave blank and treat baseline as level 0.

Applicant — Experience years (total) Enter total relevant experience in years (decimals allowed).

Total ETE max normally 30 (Education+Training+Experience). Rubric: Table 3 (DO 020 s.2024).

How it works (short)

Baseline (QS) level for each component is taken from Table 2 (education/train/exp).
Compute increments = Applicant level − QS level (only if applicant level > QS).
Use Table 3 rubric to convert increments → points: 10+ = 10 pts; 8–9 = 8 pts; 6–7 = 6 pts; 4–5 = 4 pts; 2–3 = 2 pts; otherwise 0 pts. See DO 020 s.2024 Table 3.
